When dressing for fall, I mostly focus on being completely covered. However, if the temperature is in the high 50s, I usually end up wearing too many layers and having to strip down. Keeping an extra leather jacket handy helps in the office and in the car.
I usually wear rompers in the spring or summer to free my legs without having to worry about a dress riding up. The only inconvenience is when you have to use the restroom but luckily this one-piece is easy to pull off due to the wide v-neckline. Also, the dark colors make this piece completely wearable for any season even though it is a floral print. I added simple black tights to make the look more fall weather friendly.
One major trend that I try to incorporate into many of my fall looks is the choker. This suede piece is my favorite since you can wear it chunky or fold it in half for a less dramatic look. I also broke out my new wine-colored Sam Edelman booties for a fresh and colorful feel to play off of the pink tones in the romper.
