In the Raw

Happy Wednesday! Today I am bringing you my final and favorite look for the Spring season. The most important aspect of any outfit that you put on is that the attention is on the wearer, and not on one specific piece itself. I believe that the outfit I am sharing with you today does just that by incorporating many exciting pieces.

My favorite way to dress includes mixing what could be referred to as a “girly” outfit with an edgy piece. You can usually spot me in one of my favorite leather jackets with heels or boots. I’m not much of a flat kind of girl and I definitely like to be unique with my outfit choices.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate this top? If you read my May Must Haves post, you know all about the trends I am currently craving. This blouse includes THREE of the trends I mentioned (ruffles, florals, and bell sleeves… oh my)! Not to mention, the top also has a dotted lace mesh panel that helps to achieve that little edge I was looking for.

Im a strong believer in the fact that everything is better with a bit of roughness. This would include these great jeans that are part of the new “unfinished hem” trend. The raw edges call for major ankle attention and so do the pink suede pumps that are super comfortable by the way! To add to the good-girl-gone-bad look, I added a pink matte lip and some killer black sunglasses.

Check out the madness below:

Thank you for following along with my outfit journey through the season. If you missed any of my past related posts, be sure to first check out the May Must Haves, which is followed by Earth Tones, and then complemented by Groundbreaking Florals.

Due to many new and exciting endeavors, I will be posting less frequently to really focus on the quality of each post as well as the quality of my life. I hope everyone enjoyed my outfit posts, and I am praying that we can all really enjoy some warm weather soon!
